Got this much rice wine and it didnt turn out bad like last time
Gotta wait til the sediment settles out and i can siphon off the clear wine

4L of neutral alcohol have been produced, my refractometer only goes up to 80% and i was too lazy to grab my alcometer so i just know its quite a bit above 80%

With that ill be able to make gin one of these days
