~29L of whiskey wort with a potential abv of 11% Thatll give me a theoretical yield of 7.9L of 40% whiskey but its probably gonna be more like 6.5L or so
The whiskey wash has finished fermenting, though unfortunately it did not completely ferment out and so it only reached an ABV of 8.5%

Yield is just over 3 liters, not great but i cant say that im terribly surprised, whiskey has by far the worst yield out of any spirit ive made so far
