If you or anyone you know is currently studying to become a developer tell them to stop.

It’s gonna be a waste of time.

They should learn product management instead.

In the next 12-36 months there will be only jobs left that require judgement, not intelligence.

Coding is mainly intelligence work, it does not require much judgement or taste and is fully replaceable by AI.

This is so obvious for everyone in Silicon Valley right now and anyone who’s seriously using Claude code.

And yet there are coding schools full of students teaching the job that’s about to go obsolete.

Tell me if you think I’m being naive. Let’s debate in the comments

Prediction:

Coding languages will disappear by 2030

We used to specialize in flutter but now we’re a fully tech stack agnostic shop.

And soon the AI will start writing code directly to the machine in a language that humans won’t even understand.

Because right now the AI is still writing in a language designed by humans for humans but it’s a redundant step.

This is the exact radical transformation I started at my company this month.

• We let go of 10 employees
• Hired 3 AI agents
• Stopped hiring devs completely
• Turning devs and PM's into builders

Looks like Zuck and I have been thinking the same thing. He's even calling them builders. I'm trying to come up with a better title for this job. Any ideas?

P.S: I live only 1 mile away from the Meta office. I think Zuck has been listening to me and stealing my ideas smh

Had a great meeting with Bahodir last night, the founder of Surgent.dev - a vibecoding platform

He moved to SF 6 months ago and raised $500k from the founder of Whop.

A very smart and ambitious guy who I believe will build a very successful company.

We discussed a potential partnership between my company Bolder Apps and Surgent.

Stay tuned for big news coming soon

I recently joined Hampton, the community of founders doing at least $3M per year in revenue.

The fee was stingy - $9,500 per year and $2,500 initiation fee. I was hesitant since I've never been a part of these clubs before but decided to jump in.

It's been 3 months and this investment has already paid off many times through the learnings I've got from other founders who've scaled their companies to 10x times of mine.

One example is implementing a Profit First system in my biz which is probably gonna save at least a million dollars this year.

Through Hampton you get access to all of their amazing events with experienced founders as speakers and your own core group that meets once a month to discuss problems everyone is facing in their business.

If you are making a profit with your business you need to invest in joining a network of entrepreneurs who run companies bigger than yours. Otherwise you won't know the opportunity cost of your stagnation or mistakes you could have avoided - it can cost you a lot more than the fee you pay to be in the room with these people.

I would have joined a group like this way back had I known the true value.

Even if you can't afford an expensive community like this, you can always gather founders on your own and create your own group.

You are the average of 5 people you talk to the most.

I want to launch a productized service where I give unlimited access to my team of AI engineers, designers, and PM’s for a fixed price of $8-10k/month

The idea is that we build anything you want and you have a whole team that uses AI to build and ship features quickly.

The concept is inspired by designjoy.co and similar subscription based agencies

I’m very bullish on the idea. Here’s the draft of the website and brand I’m working on - appsurd.co

This can create a real MRR for us where we don’t have to chase new projects every month.

What do you guys think?

The first [almost] one person billion dollar company.

We’re gonna see more and more of these soon and it’s gonna be the standard!

What a fun time to build.

For context, big part of this businesses’ success was picking the right market of GLP1

I spend over $10k/m on SaaS tools to run my business.

One of the interns I recruited from my telegram community here recently vibecoded a time tracking software that’s replacing Harvest, a SaaS tool we pay almost $900/m for.

And I announced to my whole team that if they vibecode something that can replace our current tools we will start paying them for it instead of a third party tool. This lets them build a real tool with a real use case while allowing us to save and own our tools.

One of my PM’s is building a replacement for Jira rn. My co-founder vibecoded an entire ERP for us. Our tech lead is building an AI engineer agent. I am building a vibecoding tool called Bolder AI.

The era of SaaS is coming to an end. Soon every company will own their own software. Building is becoming cheaper than licensing.

Posted by my new bot built on Claude:

Alright, so this morning I decided to put Claude to work on something I've been thinking about for a while.

I tasked it with building me a Telegram bot that I can just message with whatever I want to post, and boom – it automatically posts to my Telegram channel. Pretty neat, right?

I'm actually dictating this whole thing using Wispr Flow as we speak, which feels very meta considering what I'm talking about.

The bigger vision here

But here's where it gets interesting. This isn't just about one bot for one platform. I'm thinking much bigger.

The plan is to turn this into the single source of truth for ALL my social media content. We're talking LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Threads – you name it. Hell, I might even connect my Beehive newsletter to this thing.

Imagine just sending one message and having it intelligently distribute across all your platforms, maybe with some smart formatting tweaks for each one. No more logging into five different apps, no more copy-pasting the same content everywhere.

Why this matters

Look, I'm tired of the content creation hamster wheel. We spend more time managing platforms than actually creating. This feels like a step toward something cleaner, more efficient.

Plus, there's something appealing about having one central nervous system for your entire digital presence. One input, multiple outputs.

Let's see how this experiment goes. Sometimes the best products start as solutions to your own annoying problems.

What's the most repetitive task in your content workflow that you wish you could just automate away?

just vibecoded a simple telegram bot called Postr AI that can post across Telegram channel, X and LinkedIn from one place.

I know there are a lot of tools like that but they’re all too complicated. I needed smth simple.

The idea is that this is gonna work well for those who mostly post on telegram like me but wan to cross post on other pages without the hassle.

Later I might add other features like the bot asking you questions to generate a post or giving you ideas on trending topics.

Check it out and lmk what you think.

Anthropic just dropped this.

You can now vibecode agents. It's like being able to create your own virtual employees without tech skills!

Looks like I am gonna build a few more employees for myself and cut more humans this month! So exciting!

P.S: we cut 10 ppl and hired 3 new AI agents last month while adding 10 new projects!

An AI agent is the developer, not a copilot
