Tomorrow 23 Apr is St George’s day. The patron saint of England who slayed ‘the dragon’ who died in 303AD
It’s statue represents the City of London. And it’s financial institutes.
The UK economy is already collapsing from the impact of Trumps trade war.
On Easter Monday the Pope was announced dead at 88. A clear sign of the death of the Vatican and it’s satanic grip.
The same morning an article was released stating there were only ‘303’ DeLorean’s remaining in Britain, were doc famously said ‘ where we’re going we won’t need roads’

Cold water immersion therapy, like ice baths or cold showers, can be daunting, but your mindset is key to mastering it. This is why I’ve introduced it to our Warrior Day retreats for Men and Women.
How do we overcome it?
We Reframe the Discomfort: View the cold as a tool for growth, not suffering. Tell yourself it’s a brief, controlled stress that builds resilience, boosts circulation, and sharpens mental clarity. Many Studies show cold exposure can reduce inflammation and improve mood via endorphin release.
We Focus on Breathing: When you hit the cold, your body’s fight-or-flight response kicks in, spiking heart rate and breathing. I get you to counter this with slow, deep breaths—inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 6. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system, calming you and helping you stay in control.
As you get in I get you to set an Intention: Before you step in, decide why you’re doing this—maybe to build discipline, improve recovery, or face fear. Repeating a mantra like “I am strong, I am calm” can anchor your focus and make the plunge feel purposeful.
Embrace the Suck: Accept that it’ll feel intense, but that’s the point. Lean into the sensation rather than resisting it. Remind yourself the discomfort is temporary—your body adapts within seconds as blood vessels constrict and numbness sets in.
The biggest barrier is mental, not physical. Your body can handle the cold—so we get you to train your mind to believe it.

Thank you to those of you who attended our Plant Medicines Q&A Call yesterday evening. It was really great to be able to delve deep into all your questions - answering them thoroughly and listening to your own thoughts and ideas on why you felt drawn to learn more.
It's very common to have fears or doubts come to the surface when you first feel called to any conscious medicines; as discussed on the call we often see that when you do voice your intentions you can find yourself faced with 'horror' stories from those that know very little themselves about these medicines and the journey.
During the call we discussed so many elements of the different medicines we offer including what we feel our role is to support those of you feeling called. As we said; we are not and will never refer to ourselves as 'shamans' We consider ourselves a bridge between the two worlds. Here to support and guide you; and we will only ever take people on retreats with trusted Shaman leaders - who we have experienced the medicine with ourselves and who we trust wholeheartedly - with over 40 years experience between them our hosts in Portugal make anyone who we take feel instantly as ease in their beautiful presence.
We also discussed all the medicines we work with, including how we source our medicines ethically, how our Kambo comes directly from the Matses tribe, why that supports the rainforest and protects the Phyllomedusar Bicolour Frog and how important this is to us.
We went into detail about what Hapeh, Sananaga, Kambo, Sweat Lodges and Grandmother Medicine entails.
We discussed the importance of integration and the support we provide you all with for life after you have attended any of our offerings.
As a result many questions were answered last night leaving people with a much deeper understanding of why they are feeling called to medicines themselves at the minute.

Trump’s blue suit (maritime blue) at the Pope’s funeral was intentional and will be remembered as historic.
In these high level environments, watched by the world colours matter.
Black = Mourning the end of an era. Submission.
Blue = Rebirth, Authority and…..Sovereignty!
Notice every world leader was in black, the little poisonous dwarf zelensky was in his traditional cargos.
Trump was alone…..in blue.
While the world buried the old guard, the demonic Roman Catholic grip on the world, Trump was signalling the beginning of a new era. Once again standing apart from a system that has collapsed under its own corruption and seen worldwide for what it is.
The message is CRYSTAL clear for those paying attention….
The old world is finished. The new world will be built by new fresh hands.
Just like Biden’s inauguration at Arlington War ‘Cemetery’ in 2021 which actually his funeral, This was not just a funeral for the Pope, this was a huge optic of transition of power!
