Ascension symptoms often refer to a variety of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual experiences that some people believe occur as part of a process of spiritual awakening or "ascension."
This concept is often rooted in metaphysical, New Age, or esoteric beliefs, suggesting that individuals undergo a transformation as they raise their consciousness or align with higher vibrational energies, sometimes tied to planetary or cosmic shifts. Which a large portion of people are experiencing at this crucial time in human histroy.
Commonly reported ascension symptoms include:
• Physical: Fatigue, headaches, flu-like symptoms, changes in sleep patterns (insomnia or excessive sleep), tingling sensations, digestive issues, or unexplained aches and pains. Lots of ear ringing (downloads of information), feeling of electricity running through you.
• Emotional: Heightened sensitivity, mood swings, anxiety, bursts of joy or peace, or a sense of emotional purging (e.g., crying without clear reason).
• Mental: Brain fog, difficulty concentrating, vivid dreams, or sudden clarity and insight into life situations.
• Spiritual: Increased intuition, a sense of connection to something greater, shifts in perception of time, or feeling "detached" from mundane concerns. Eg your job, or boring conversations, even the TV!
