Did you know that one of the main reasons people find themselves falling back into old patterns and cycles is because they have some deep hidden resistance of fully letting go? It's often easy to identify what it is in our life that isn't serving us.... but identifying that and telling ourselves we will let go of it often doesn't quite cut it does it?
It may work for a short period of time but soon enough you find yourself back... doing the very same thing and responding the very same way that you said you would move on from. Why is that? It's because you have some resistance lingering deep within. A part of you doesn't want to let go of the old ways because that leaves a void of the unknown - and that's pretty terrifying!
Tonight i'm going to take our members deep during our weekly meditation - to look at those hidden parts of you that are still holding on to old belief systems, patterns or feelings of lack.
To identify the fears that rise up in us and the resistance to fully letting go.

Stop calling in 'Angels' and 'Ascended Masters' into your field..... It's a huge con!

Psychologically, it forces you to lean too hard on external crutches, dodging personal responsibility or inner strength. When you have an abundance of angelic light and frequency within you. You've had people, systems and establishments chipping away at it since you were born!
If you’re always looking outside for answers, you might miss what’s already in you. Shift your focus more on self-reliance. External beings are just a distraction from you doing the real work.
Practically, if you’re not clear on what you’re inviting in (say, in some esoteric practices), you could stir up more chaos than clarity—think of it like opening a door without knowing who’s knocking.
There's 'influencers' out there daily trying to convince to 'call in' external beings, or put a 'cloak' around yourself from outside sources. That magic cloak will no doubt be the very thing that dampens your light and allows negative energies and attachments in to your field. I've seen it on mass happen to many people and it's still happening now.
Remember, YOU are like a self-contained spiritual powerhouse.
Prioritise your inner divinity or personal energy over external call-ins—think of it like trusting your own Wi-Fi signal instead of borrowing someone else’s.
Why outsource when you’ve got the goods? Plus, it sidesteps any baggage—like wondering if you’re inviting something you didn’t sign up for, or if the connection’s even legit. It’s a clean, self-reliant approach doing the inner work yourself.
We are at the tipping point where ALL of us must stand in the dark on our own, to face all of our shadows to be able to truly clear them and stand in our light, our power and our sovereignty.
NO Angel, Archangel, Ascended Master will ever do that for you.....
