Due to unforeseen circumstances I've had to postpone my 3 day retreat and offer a very powerful and transformational 1 day retreat for 12 men who truly want to make changes in their lives and activate their warrior spirit, wisdom and release old emotions that just hold us back.

We start the day at my retreat home with a full group Kambo ( the ancient conscious medicine from the Amazonian tree frog ) and plant medicine treatment to allow you to cleanse your lymphatic system, liver, your eyesight and clear things that no longer serve you.

After your treatment we will all feast together on a healthy lunch made by myself before we head to Ocean Walker lakes, a very short drive away to carry out cold water therapy, a powerful breathwork and meditation session, followed by group intention setting around the fire pit, where we'll also complete a purge writing exercise.

All of this to clear your mind, body and soul of what no longer serves you and allows the warrior aspect of yourself to really come to life.
