We have detected a problem with the issuance of funds to the winners of the April Zealy contest. We issued rewards via a smart contract but some exchanges may not recognise this type of transaction, please open a ticket on discord so we can establish how many users are affected and what exchange you are using. Please also contact the Centralized Exchange (CEX) via their support to resolve the situation.
In addition, to ensure safe delivery of rewards in future events, we strongly encourage you to provide only reward-compatible onchain wallet addresses. Otherwise we have to do hundred on single transactions which is not efficient.
Once we know which exchanges to contact we will also reach out from ourside too.
We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we work to resolve this issue.
