ICAI reply regarding Govt Grant in Calculation of Anonymous Donation

ICAI doesn't take Government Grant in calculation of Limit of Anonymous Donation as a first alternative.

This Type of Question last came in Nov 2020 Attempt (both old and new course paper).
In both suggested answers icai didn't consider government grant in calculation of limit.
