Amoebic liver abscess is very common in the subcontinent .Most of them resolve with conversative management with suitable anti amebicides. R lower abdomen is jejunal loops "concertina/ stack of coins appearance".yes intestinal obstruction.R upper abdomen ileal loops "characterless"appearance.....most noteworthy is also absence of gas in the sigmoid(L5S1)
