🏆Students from Ural State Law University won the Third Annual AIFC Court and IAC Moot Final. This competition was held online for the first time using the same video technology that is used for real AIFC Court and IAC case hearings.
👤Mr. Campbell-Holt, Registrar and Chief Executive of the AIFC Court and IAC, commented: “We are proud to have successfully delivered our third annual Moot competition at the AIFC Court and IAC. We launched the competition initially as a pilot project in 2018, our first year of operation, with only two teams, and now, in our third year of operation in 2020, we have expanded the competition to include teams from outside of Kazakhstan, including from Russia and Azerbaijan”.

📈Несмотря на снижение экономической динамики в Казахстане, участники Международного финансового центра "Астана" продолжают пополнять государственный бюджет страны.

💵Так, за три квартала 2020 года участники МФЦА выплатили 5,678 млрд. тенге в государственный бюджет в виде налогов и сборов. Для сравнения: в 2019 году сумма выплаченных налогов составляла 6,9 млрд.тенге.

⚡️Глава государства поставил задачу для финцентра - выход на окупаемость к 2023 году. В целях исполнения данного поручения МФЦА сократит бюджетную заявку до 9,1 млрд. тенге в 2023 году, а также выйдет на самоокупаемость за счет постоянной оптимизации расходов и наращивания собственной прибыли.
