AI.Marketing management representative and team Leaders had a meeting on Saturday, the 6th of November 2021.

The major points of the meeting were as follows:

1. As previously reported to Leaders, we have experienced a failure related to the payment processing module at a night update on 27th of October. The payment module is responsible for correct cashback withdrawals and does not allow for the double transactions. The problem has been localized. We are re-writing some of the code. Unfortunately, we cannot just roll the system back to a time when there were no updates. All sales and cashback data that have taken place since the site was updated can be lost if we roll the website back due to the specifics of the problem. So, we are doing it the safe way.

2. The duplicate ai.marketing Telegram group that was used by Leaders to post news has been deleted as it was announced earlier. The group was used by scammers that were getting members' contacts from this group and writing to the users from the fake Support accounts. We had to do it for the safety of our clients.

3. Still working on:
- Unspent balances under 10 USD
- Unprocessed withdrawals for 12.07.21 that were not returned to the accounts
- Bonuses from 8th to 12th of July
- We still have about 120 users that have issues with the certificates being visible on the accounts (July-August).

4. Requests to fix top up errors are processed slowly since the responsible employees are busy with the restoration of the payment module.

5. Clients ask whether it is possible to order several cards for one person (5-10 accounts). There would be no restrictions on our side. However, the card issuer does not allow one person to have more than 2 cards at the same time. We are planning to allow "linking" one card to multiple accounts.

6. After the announcement that members of the Leaders chat are going to the conference, more than 10,000 people asked us to give them access to the Leaders' chat. 1. The company has fixed an issue related to the payment processing module that was damaged during a night update on 27th of October. The payment module is responsible for correct cashback withdrawals and does not allow for the double transactions. We re-wrote some of the code to normalize the workflow. All sales and cashback data that have taken place since the site was updated is safe.
 
2. The company recommended temporarily not to withdraw Cashback previously, as the return of unprocessed payment orders to accounts would take a long time. Users kept creating withdrawal requests that were not processed by the payment module. We are forming unprocessed payments lists and developing a mechanism to return all the unprocessed payments back to the accounts.
 
3. The company planned to start withdrawing current payments before unprocessed payments are returned to accounts. Unfortunately, the verification mechanism built into the payment module does not allow processing of payment # 100 for example before the payment # 99 is paid. This mechanism is at the heart of all the logic of the payment module and was created to maintain the sequence of payments.

Due to some problems with CACHE some sales are stuck at 03.12.2021. We will fix the CACHE issue soon and you will be able to see correct sales information. In some other account the Cache is now re-written but adds up to the existing data that results on sales being displayed wrong.

We are working on the matter and new campaigns launch will be resumed as soon as we fix Cache issue.

1. Eugene apologized for not being able to attend meetings last 2 weeks. It happened that some members of the IT team and Management got sick with the Corona after a team meeting on the 31st of January. Most of the team members have recovered and we hope that some other employees including Eugene will be able to fully function by the end this week.

2. Wexford is in the process of refunding unprocessed withdrawal requests. Tether TRC20, BTC and Card withdrawals were returned to the accounts. The company has slowed down recently since key members of the team were sick. The company is planning to get back in track as team members are recovering now.

3. The company is going forward getting back to the 48-hour term launching new Ads campaigns. On the last briefing we were 22 days behind the schedule, and the marketing team is only 5 days behind the schedule as of the date of the meeting.

4. Not all unprocessed Tether TRC20, BTC and Card payouts were refunded due to the previously announced flaws in the raw payout refund script. We ask you not to write to Support about your payouts yet as we are currently identifying missed unprocessed payouts. 5. INB has notified Wexford that they have almost prepared the mechanism and planning to refund unprocessed withdrawals about the next Tuesday or so. They are planning to refund all (ERC20, BTC and ETH) at the same time.

6. We are still experiencing some issues with the Aggregators. While we were submitting information requested on the accounts, we have a new issue now. Some of our users have been contacting multiple Aggregators stating that we are not paying out the earned cashback.

The users were demanding information on:
- the terms aggregators are working with Wexford
- the account balances we have with aggregators
- the nature of verification requests Wexford is receiving.

Allegations that Wexford is not paying out the cashback are very hard ones. The threats that the Aggregators “will be held accountable for helping Wexford” made Aggregators very uncomfortable. Now we are facing 2 new issues with the aggregators:
1) One Aggregator demands a proof that we were paying out the cashback. They are requesting proof of fund transfers etc.
2) Another aggregator has suspended all the cashback approvals we had.

We must pass new approvals with all the retailers directly now providing sources of traffic not only to the Aggregator but to almost 20 000 retailers one by one. You can see that many cashback programs are not active in the cashback catalogue due to this verification being suspended. If it keeps going this way will not have other choice but to set up our own cashback aggregator.

7. We have been giving an estimate that we will fully resume work by 25th of February. Today we can see that with the new issues with the cashback Aggregators the estimate is proven to be wrong again. It will realistically take at least until the 20th of March 2022 to fully resume operations.

It is worth mentioning that one Leader was kicked out the Leaders chat for «behavior issues» as he started arguing with Eugene.

have more issues to overcome due to Russian invasion of Ukraine and the reaction of the world to that.

2. Our servers are distributed around the world - main, auxiliary, backup survers. Some hosting providers identified some parts of our infrastructure as Russian (data during registration, payment from Russian accounts, ip addresses, etc.) and demanded that we transfer our data to other servers within 6-7 days. We are doing this in a hurry. There may be short-term interruptions in access to the site during the switch to new servers.

3. Telegram channel ai.marketing is not responding for the last 3 days. The fact is that part of our team from Ukraine does not have the opportunity to work properly due to poor Internet connection and other reasons you may imagine. We hope to restore the work of support in the Telegram channel within a few days.

4. We have not completed the full verification that the aggregators forced us to go through. At the same time, we have a new wave of accounts being blocked as the aggregators decided that part of our accounts was allegedly Russian. We are taking steps to challenge these blockings providing documents of Ukrainian members of our team.

5. Last week we have canceled part of the withdrawals by the package (Kiwi, Ethereum and Yandex). The process went wrong, and we were forced to roll back the changes. We will cancel unprocessed payments again but this time one by one.

6. Due to sanctions Google Authenticator may not work in Russia. Please use VPN services to use the service.
