ยฐ do not force yourself to do anything when you have no energy left. you wouldnโt expect a car to keep running when it has no gas left in itโs tank. it will eventually break down, and then it will be very hard to get it back on the road again๐
ยฐ it's the same thing with humans; you can't pour from an empty cup, you need energy in order to do things! ๐
ยฐ it's so much better to take breaks along the way than to not take any breaks at all and have an awful meltdown/breakdown later on๐
ยฐ so, please. try to take care of yourself instead of forcing yourself to do a task, when you simply have no energy left to fulfill that taskโ๏ธ
ยฐ i promise you, that task will be so much easier to do once you have regained some much needed energy! ๐
ยฐ and remember; you are NOT lazy or a failure, you are just burnt out and tired. there is nothing wrong with that. You are trying your best and that is more than enough ๐
