And next term to eliminate from our vocabulary: CONTAGION.
When our bodies go into detox mode, to purify itself from the mucus buildup from our diet, environment toxins, pharma toxins, often we find that those around us also begin the detox process, that we are made to believe is a cold/flu/pneumonia by the medical INDUSTRY.
This is due to a few facts and has absolutely nothing to do with CONTAGION.
Firstly, those we are close with we often eat the same things due to cohabitation or daily gathering at school, office, workplaces etc.
This would mean our detox coincides with each other.
Another fact: as group animals our bodies are in sync with each other after a certain period of being around each other often. For example females who hang out with each other almost daily all start having their periods at around the same time. Many often get pregnant at the same time even.
This was probably an evolutionary survival method living in groups. For example if anything happened to a mother of a newborn, another mother in the group would be able to nurse the newborn and adopt as their own to grow up with their newborn.
And if we get into detox at the same time, we can all get the rest we need without making noise and waking up the others who are in rest mode until their body gains its strength back.
Nature is amazing and we have to trust what it's doing and help it by giving it what it needs: plenty of rest, til the process of cleaning is done.
