My husband was fired from Spectrum Communications on the day of the FDA fauxpproval. He was hired at Google last week, but received the notification for mandatory vaccine over the weekend. So, filed religious exemption that they denied. Here's his response:

Dear Human Resources:

I asserted to you my strongly held conscientious/religious belief against vaccination in which, you denied with the claim that vaccines do not contain aborted fetal cells. I dispute your fallacious argument, and reassert my conscientious/religious belief to which I am not required to give reason for under EEOC Sec. 12, 1964 Civil Rights Act Title VII, Texas Administrative Code Title 25 Part 1 Chp. 97B, and TX EO GA-40.

I understand your company policy is refusing my religious accommodation in violation of 21 US Code CFR § 50.23 and § 50.24, which says I cannot be forced to participate with any experimental thing; as well as, FTC Deceptive Medical Practices Act: it is illegal to say that something can diagnose, treat, or cure without two independent double-blind placebo, peer-reviewed studies (which there are none regarding masks, testing, and vaccination of covid-19).

Attempting to compel any prospective or current employee to undergo medical treatment violates the 4th Amendment of the US Constitution, 1991 ADA 28 CFR § 36.206, and Sec. 802 of the Patriot Act as it is illegal to coerce an American citizen, and coercion violates classic contract law. Furthermore, the various vaccine documentation attests to the fact that these pharmaceuticals are altering the dna; therefore, your company policy violates GINA 2008 and TX Labor Code § 21.402.

Businesses in Texas cannot force medical upon employees:
Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code, Title 4, Chapt. 74, Subchapt. C; I will not participate in any mandatory health care diagnostic, preventative, treatment, or therapeutic without informed consent so I may conduct a risk/benefit analysis and reserve my right to refuse said health care option. Finally, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals asserts that these mandates have nothing to do with protecting anybody, and has issues a permanent stay upon these unconstitutional business policies.

I’m not sure if you are aware of Red Balloon out of the U.S. or how large it is becoming as the only non-vaxxed employment service agency in America, but it’s growing rapidly as demand for non-vaxxed workers grows – believe it.
