The best natural vaccine is breastmilk. It gives a baby all the immunity it needs to fight off diseases, since babies are born with no immune systems. Ideally (if possible) a new mother would want to strive to breastfeed her baby exclusively for the first 6 months.

Vaccines make normally healthy people sick. And those already sick and injured from vaccines, even worse.
