Get on calls with users.

Ask them to make videos.

Then get Granola.ai and take notes on everything they are telling you.

It’ll build a feature/request list for you.

Then feed it back to OpenCode with your model of choice (Codex ideally)

And let it rip.

Deploy multiple git worktrees and have multiple agents working on solutions.
