I still believe that agentic or vibe coding works better if you know how to code…
Today I encountered bugs and if I didn’t know how to explain it like a dev, this would frustrated the fuck out of me lol.

AI didn’t take over ads only, it took over everything in the ecom space.
Shopify CLI + OpenCode and you don’t need a Shopify dev anymore.
You can make your own landing pages in seconds.

If you’re anything like me, you will speak better marketing copy than write it.
Usually in the past it would’ve been annoying to use voice to write proper marketing emails.
But now it’s pretty simple.
Here’s a few flows:
Moltbot + Wispr (https://wisprflow.ai/)
Can give it access to Kit or any other email provider via the API key.
Make a custom skill.md with your previous emails for getting the agent to edit them.
Alternatively, can use:
Takopi + Wispr + OpenCode Server.
This will work similarly but it’ll be less done for you than Moltbot.
I think OpenCode orchestrates better though.
Takopi will restrict you to using Telegram for interactions from your mobile.

Another SaaS ready to ship.
Agentic magic!
Agentic magic!
There’s a fine balance with keeping up with what’s new in AI agents world and actually doing productive things.
Like I know there’s a bunch of stuff I need to test still… but I am busy building.
So what I do is that I pick two things that I want to test.
Not more than that.
Doesn’t matter if it’s last week’s news.
Fuck that shit, if you try to keep up… you’ll spend most of your time jerking off to new tools rather than doing the work.

This is the type of summaries I love from my agent.
I specify in my agents.md to always output this for me.

If you want to make effective AI UGC you need smart workflows.
Basically you need to understand the limits and advantages of each model.
This video to a simple person will just look like either real or a real mystery of how to pull off.
But when you break down the workflow, it’s simple...
Veo 3 or Sora:
Limits? Short duration.
Great for a realistic and highly expressive hook (first 10 seconds).
Kling:
Cheap. Great for B-roll.
ElevenLabs/Humes:
Great for cloning the Veo 3/Sora audio.
Put it all togeher…
And you have 10 seconds of veo/sora, b-roll from kling and a voice over from 11labs or humes running.
The result is something like that video.
Oh, we can’t forget using nanobanana pro for the scenes as still images.

Just because AI is doing the work, it doesn’t mean that you can’t ask AI to explain things to you.
Don’t let your brain go stale.

I made a post that people probably thought it was silly.
But AI Dropshipping is a valid business scheme in 2026.
The truth is that AI can be injected in a range of businesses.
But the best are high leverage business aka lazy mofo businesses.
Top 3 areas you can get into with AI (from least to most difficult):
1) TikTok Shop Affiliate marketing.
This is simple.
You get a TikTok Shop account.
You make videos with AI to promote products.
You collect commission.
With the right pipeline for video creation you can run this up pretty easily.
Con?
You will get banned.
Happens a lot with tiktok shop but hopefully you run a up a bag before you get banned (most do).
2) Dropshipping (MRR)
Needless to say, most know what dropshipping is.
You find a supplier with the product you want to sell and you white label it without holding the inventory.
There you have it, that’s what it is.
With an AI Agent setup you can make your Shopify Site, make your ads, set up your email flow.
The chery at the top here is to add a subscription model to get people to sign up.
3) Mobile Apps (most difficult)
Significantly easier to do nowadays with tools like OpenCode.
But still requires some development skills to make it secure, scalable, and not clunky.
AI agents here will build your app and also make the marketing.
I bought a TikTok Shop account to experiment with my AI Agents.
So I’ll update you guys on how that does.

I’m more and more convinced that tools like OpenClaw will never be truly mainstream as they stand. It’s too much for the average folk. They still need structure like apps that take care of everything. It’s the same reason crypto is widely used in centralized exchanges. Normies don’t want complexity or responsibility.

Never tie your identity to your craft.
The truth is that most of this gurus will have you thinking that you need to X, Y or Z to succeed.
If you write copy, you don’t need to be a copywriter.
If you can write code, you don’t need to be a software engineer.
It’s fine to a jack of all trades.
I bet many of you have heard the quote, right?
“A Jack of all trades is a master of none…”
But that’s actually only a small piece of it.
Here’s the full quote:
“A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one”
Don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty.
I had almost every single major project crash and burn last year.
It put me in a position that I hadn’t been in many years.
I was questioning my identity.
My worth…
It went on, until I couldn’t take it anymore.
So I did something that my ADHD ass can’t do easily.
… I slowed down.
I got my head in the game again.
Went back to the lab.
Fell in love with tech again something I had left in 2019 when I found this very rewarding (but toxic as shit) marketing world.
Now I feel like I am moving at the speed of light.
Don’t be afraid to get back in the lab, friends.
