🔐 How to Log In Using the Auth Token (for beginers)
Important: Do this from a computer using Google Chrome, not from your phone.
1. Install the Chrome extension
Open the following link in Chrome and add the extension to your browser:

After installing the extension, open Chrome and go to:

At the top-right corner of Chrome, click the 🧩 Extensions icon.
Find X-Token Login and open it.

Paste your Auth Token into the extension and follow its login instructions.
(This can authenticate your own X account without entering the username and password manually.)

Once you are successfully logged into your own account, you can manage your account normally, such as:
🔐 Enable 2FA
🔑 Change your password
📧 Change your email
⚙️ Update other account settings
