I understand that AFL Solicitors has commenced proceedings against NSW, Hazzard and Chant and that the matter is in the expedition list on Friday.
I don't know the nature and extent of the proceeding.
However, we may need to shift our approach quickly if there is a risk that we are second in the queue.
So, one way to shift is to commence proceedings in another jurisdiction.
Since Victoria doesn't have a public health order mandating jabs for aged care workers, that State is out.
We could go to SA, WA or QLD.
Are there any potential plaintiffs in these States?
