Problem - no display and give 4beep
First done bios but same issue. As per Dell 4beep given for memory failure. So I check with another ram but same issue. Then check Ram voltage 1.5v and. 75v OK. That's mean ram and CPU communication not happen.
1.5v also goes to cpu for ram communication. In schematic +1.5v is converted +1.5v_cpu_vddq after passing a mosfet qc3.
At drain 1.5v is present but at source 0.35v found. Check gate voltage 3.6v but their need 9v to 30v. In schematic I found a voltage divider and the voltage of gate is 15.38v.
Check both resistor and found 2mohm resistor is faulty.
So change the resistor and power on the laptop and boom.
Display come no 4beep.

Problem: No SB Voltage and SB Ic OverHeating..

Case Study::
💥checked all the components connected to SB Ic all are ok..
💥FIRST MISTAKE without checking SB IC requirement blindly replaced new ic..problem remained same..so wasted 200 rs..
💥 After that removed both coils of SB SECTION and checked for any short.. no use..problem remained same
💥FINALLY with guidelines of AFS BRAND AMBASSADOR AND THE HELP OF AFS DVD checked the SB IC Requiments LDO 3v was missing wich is Comming from I/O controller.. FINALLY changed the I/O CASE DONE..🤘🤘🤘

Mb part no= 13321-1
Problem = not power on and also no 3.3v/5v generate.
Some other engineer Chage 3.3v/5v (51225) ic and also reprogrammed the bios.
First checked vin at clr is OK. Check coil value also OK. Then check the 3.3v/5v ic requirements. Vin OK , vreg3 and vreg5 also ok. Then check en1 for 5v not present but en2 for 3.3v is present. But no output at 3.3v coil. Then check also io s5_en is 3.3v present. Check en1 impedence is 350 OK. But no voltage here. I am totally confused.
Then take some presences and just remember practical workshop. Idea come in mind. 30 mili second Ka fanda. 3.3v/5v is generate but go back. Then check DC to DC and found 5v_s0 at pin no 14 is shot. So pull out the ic and check 3.3/5v is now OK. Then give 3v to pin no 14 line and found one capacitor is heated. So pull out this and my job is done. Display also come.

Above HCL laptop was returned unrepaired by 2 laptop repair centers due to old model n no schematics available , I took it as challenge n rcvd it keeping the customer seated in my office , closed my eyes for a second n rmmbr our Super Schema Guru's Mantra "No investment or low investment" 1st checked battery connector for sda scl (laptop in packed Condition) n got 50℅ sure that it can b repaired , 2nd checked power button for 3v it was also ok got 100℅ assured that it will b repaired , checked pwr btn hi-lo-hi wasn't der , Common problem in HCL Boards , power switch issue , solution without changing or swapping inspired n blessed by my Guru completed the case in 15 minutes without any investment n without removing or changing any component , Thanks Respected MD Rafi Sir🙏🙏🙏

Problem without ram 1000 amps with ram 350 amps .... Core 2 Duo must goes more then 1 amps.... Sir told in DVD.....
Nvedia ic included... I thought may graphics issue.... But for testing... I purpose opened.... It's my friend nec token... I no need of bga machine... I just used sticker cutter.... Place 330uf, 4 caps.... Please double check caps polarity.. I already fried on Samsung chipset..... I no one is perfect.. But my boss is always perfect.... In half an hour case done....
