Dell 3521 Laptop Board Part No. LA-9104P REV: 1.0 , problem power onn no display (as per customer sometimes 1beep/2beep/7beep)
Diagnosis:
1. Without opening Laptop Removed Main battery & CMOS battery than short both jumper pads below dimm slot, plugged n power on but no result (dc reading 135-150) , repeated the procedure again no result but got clue that board triggered each time but no restart.
2. Opened board n took cold testing , got all coil impedance good.
(CPU Zinda)
3. Power on board n checked all coil voltages good except cpu core n gfx.
4. Checked pulled out CMOS battery voltage 2.76v
5. Flashed EC bios by vertyanov , programming n verifying done successfully , flashed 2mb bios by minipro TL866CS programming n verifying done successfully fix chip back on board, start flashing 4mb bios chip got error while reading (for backup) removed from socket n cleaned pins n repeat procedure reading success programming new file success got error while verifying.
6. Took 4mb same chip from scrap board programmed it with no errors while process n fixed chip on board
7. Connected screen , Connect DC jack (dc reading 0003) and triggered (dc reading 450-550-370) but no display , no restart happened.
8. Force shutdown than triggered again , dc reading continued to change and after 3 triggers display came. Put model number and service tag in bios , fixed all back n laptop working fine now

Even it's very simple case for many , purpose of sharing it is that one should not initially rely on service codes (beeps) , Service codes are also 100% true but only in case if we have traced all the needful in sequential n right procedure. Otherwise some1 like me will end up the case with thoughts like cpu failure , cache memory error etc etc
