DC READING Before Power ON-0.005👍
After Power Button Press DC Reading Goes To 0.074
Check all coil impadance
PL8 impadance is Low after Some Time it goes Normal it means Something is Leaking
Isolate the 3v and 5v jumper pjp2 and pjp3
Check PU2 RT8243A ALL PINS IMPADANCE IS OK
WHEN I ON Dc this Ic Is Heating dc goes to 0.125
Replace this standby ic
Connect the jumper again Now DC READING IS 0.005 after pressing Power Button 🔘 No Change in Dc
Reprogram The io

Part No- Cedar 13269-1

Not Power on

💥DC reading 30 milisecond 0.135amp press power btn nothing happen
💥Open Laptop check physical damage nothing
💥Check impedance all are OK but pl4501 5v standby showing low 46ohm 2digit impedance
💥Check any heating nothing found Isolate pl4501 and inject 2v found U3503 heating removed USB ic and check impedance still same again inject voltage U3505 heating removed it now shorting gone now impedance is OK 3 digit(197) replace both from scrap board
💥Now Connect DC supply DC taking 0.009amp then goes to 0.033amp
💥Check impedance all are OK check voltage standby OK, Ram voltage ok, no 1.05v, and 1.8v
1st check requirements of PU4806 1.05v rt8237c pin7 VCc 5v-s5ok, pin 3 en 3.3v OK, so replace PU4806
💥Connect DC supply DC reading 0.006 goes to 360-460-330 and display came.

Case study
Dell D630
Part no - LA-3301P
Problem - board on , amp directly goes to 0.860 then shutdown

👉 Open and clean the board
👉 Replace cpu - but same
👉 Remove Ram and check - but same
👉 Replace 3/5 output capacitor - but same
👉 Then go for Bios - Remove bios chip and check - there is no changes ( means without bios chip board amp same )
👉 Replace a MX 2mb bios chip and program a new file and check - but still it's same
👉 then I go for impedance check
👉 Found PL42 short (1.8v sus)
👉 Remove PQ92 - but same
👉 Remove PJP49 & PJP48 jumper - but same
👉 Remove PJP47 jumper - 1.8v_sus short gone but jumpers output side short short still present
👉 Trace the line found PU24 ic ( +0.9v vtt ) burned - remove - short cleared
👉 Then found same ic in Dell 07211-3 board - replace it
👉 Connect DC and triger the board
Amp step by step increased and finally cross 1.100
💥 Boom
Display ok and board run continuesly
