🔓 Thousands of leaked secrets are still valid—years later. GitGuardian’s 2025 report reveals a growing crisis: exposed cloud & DB credentials in public repos aren’t being revoked. Not even after discovery. The problem? Detection ≠ protection. Why are orgs…
ngl I’m so surprised after reading this like, why? I mean whyyyyy? 😳😳
Some orgs are so amazing… in how carelessly they treat user data and their own reputation

anyways DETECTION ≠ PROTECTION

Everyone loves to share their wins online—but today, I want to share something different.
Not success stories, but the struggles and failures that shaped my journey.

I wasn’t a “smart kid” growing up. Until class 7, I barely understood what was going on in class. Once, I scored just 54%.
In class 10, I got 83%, and by 12th, 78%. It felt like progress, but it still wasn’t “good enough” by many people's standards.

One of my coaching teachers straight-up told me I’d never be successful.
A few people I was once really close to said the same thing. That I’m just dreaming too big.
I got 21 percentile in JEE—yes, 21. It was tough to accept, but I had to move on.
So I joined a private college for B.Tech in Cyber Security. It wasn’t IIT, and honestly, it wasn’t even well known. I was part of the first batch there.
And then came the comments:
“You’re wasting your parents’ money.”
“He’s not going to make it anywhere.”

But here’s the thing—I didn’t stop.

I found something that made me want to get up every day: Cyber Security.
It gave me a sense of purpose when nothing else did.

From there, things slowly changed:

I got into the Hall of Fame of companies like Google, NASA, Sony—not overnight, but step by step.

I started earning through internships and bug bounties in college—when many told me I shouldn’t expect much.

I created videos and shared what I learned on YouTube—and now we’re a family of 30,000+ subscribers.

I’ve spoken at security events, built three courses on Udemy, and received awards in college—all while still figuring life out.

And today, I have a job that pays me what people expect only from top IIT grads.

But none of this would’ve happened if I had listened to the voices that told me to quit.

So if you’re struggling right now—if you’re feeling lost, unsure, or behind—please know you’re not alone.
Everyone moves at their own pace. Success doesn't always come from being the “top student” or cracking some big exam. Sometimes, it comes from just not giving up.

Your journey is yours. Own it. Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.

And no matter how slow it feels, keep moving. Your story is still being written.

so did y’all miss me ?, or did you secretly think I rage-quit cybersecurity and became a TikTok dancer or somthn else? 😂 jk, I was in the trenches, fighting demons called misconfigurations, PowerShell errors, and kernel panics and lot more.

Here’s the truth: my “break” wasn’t really a break. It was like going on a side quest in a game where the boss fights are harder than the main mission. And oh boy, I died a LOT. Respawn button was working overtime.

Here’s what went down:

Active Directory Attacks – Sounds fun, right? Wrong. First, I spent two days just trying to understand why AD trusts look like a toxic relationship diagram fr guys 😂😂.

Security Engineering – I thought this would make me feel like Tony Stark building Iron Man suits. Turns out, it’s more like trying to make a bulletproof vest out of bubble wrap while hackers are throwing nukes at you. Every time I closed one attack surface, five more popped up like, *“Surprise, mother*\*\*\*!”\*

Mentoring at Bunabyte – Amazing experience, but yo, I now understand why teachers drink so much coffee. Someone asked me, *“What’s a buffer overflow?”* and before I could answer, another one said, *“Can it overflow into real life?”* Bruh. 😂 (joking :)) )

Building Tools – mtsm, listen… writing tools sounds cool in theory. In reality? It’s like:

* Install dependency ✔️
* Install another dependency ✔️
* Fix the dependency that broke the first one
* Cry in binary.
At some point, I was convinced my scripts were plotting against me. Like, how do you work at 2AM perfectly and then crash at 9AM when I need to demo ?

Red Teaming – This was the spicy part. I’ve been breaching networks, escalating privileges, and exfiltrating flags. But ALSO… breaking my own setup 50 times. I swear, if I had a dollar for every time my Kali VM froze mid-exploit, I’d have enough to buy my own zero-day. 😂

And let me not even start on Windows Defender… That dude really thinks he’s the main character. Blocking my payloads like, *“Not today, criminal!”* Bruh, chill, this is a LAB 😁.

Obstacles? Oh, I had plenty:

* Accidentally nuked my own lab because I thought rm -rf was a good idea.
* Lost Wi-Fi mid-CTF and started questioning my life choices.

At one point, I was like: *“God, if hacking is easy, please send me a sign.”* Internet went out. SIGN RECEIVED BOOM.

but , I made it through. The syntax errors, the virtual machine crashes, the existential crises at 3AM while staring at Burp Suite… all worth it. Because now, I’m BACK, and I’m bringing ALL that energy right here.

this channel is about to turn into a knowledge battlefield. Expect:
🔥 hacking tips (both red & blue team)
🔥 Security engineering lessons from the trenches
🔥 Custom tools & automation hacks
🔥 Memes for survival (because without memes, we’d cry)

Let’s laugh, learn, and LEVEL UP together. Because if I can survive a month of debugging PowerShell scripts, you can survive anything. 💪

Stay tuned, because this comeback ain’t just a post… it’s a MOVEMENT (am not politician tho 😂)
