The Hacker News
πŸ‘‰ North Korean hackers are hunting developersβ€”right now. New malware-laced npm packages (5,600+ downloads) are spreading BeaverTail and a new RAT loader, hidden as fake utilities. πŸ‘€ Targets? Your code. Your system. Your data. Read: https://thehackernew…
this means all the programs they built using this package manager is already compromised from the start, It’s like a sneaky backdoor just waiting to be used for a bigger attack later

imagine like if the developer made site or whatever we call it product for bank or crypto sites using this package manager
then the attacker be like : πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Stay updated, devs πŸ™πŸ™

My next guest is Jack Rhysider, one of the most well known people in the cybersecurity and hacking community and the host of the Darknet Diaries Podcast (arguably the number one cybsersec podcast there is)

For those that don't know him, Jack is a cybersecurity professional and the creator of the highly acclaimed podcast Darknet Diaries, which focuses on true stories about hacking, data breaches, and cybercrime.

Before launching his podcast, Jack spent over a decade working in network security, specializing in securing and analyzing network equipment and also built a Security Operations Center (SOC) using a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system to detect network threats.

Jack is an anonymous and highly private. Not a lot of people know what he looks like and he often wears a hat and a mask when in public. So this will be an audio only episode.

So if you've got questions for him, please drop it in the comments here and will ask him for you. I'm excited for it cause I'm a big fan of his podcast and getting him on my show is unbelievable.
