You can apply or replace your СНИЛС at any МФЦ across Russia, regardless of where you’re officially registered. No need to return to your registered region!

⚠️ Tip: While it’s possible to go anywhere, it’s generally safer and faster to use the МФЦ in your own or nearby region if you can — due to familiarity with local procedures and less chance of delays.
