We’re no longer doing café interviews ☕❌. While casual meetups had their charm, they’ve led to too much disorganization. I’ve lost 4 potential interviews recently because people just didn’t take it seriously enough .

From now on, all interviews will be held indoors in a dedicated studio 🎧🏢 with a podcast-style setup 🎥🔥. That means:

* Professional audio 🎛️
* Clear deadlines 📅

A long-term visa for foreign nationals employed by a Russian company. Two main types exist:
Standard Work Visa: Initially valid for 90 days, extendable to 1 year with a work permit.

Highly Qualified Specialist (HQS) Visa: Valid for up to 3 years, based on your employment contract.

📝 Required Documents:
Completed visa application form
Valid passport (6+ months beyond visa expiry)
Passport-size photo
Official invitation from the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD)
Work permit or HQS confirmation
Employment contract (recommended)
HIV test certificate (and other medical tests if required)
Proof of visa fee payment

⏳ Processing Time:
Standard: 10–20 business days
HQS: Often faster (7–14 business days)

✅ Can I get my СНИЛС at any МФЦ or only in my registered region?

You can apply or replace your СНИЛС at any МФЦ across Russia, regardless of where you’re officially registered. No need to return to your registered region!

⚠️ Tip: While it’s possible to go anywhere, it’s generally safer and faster to use the МФЦ in your own or nearby region if you can — due to familiarity with local procedures and less chance of delays.

🛂 What Documents Do I Need?

🔹 Valid passport (foreign passport + migration card or residence permit)
🔹 Completed application form (АДВ-1)

🏠 What if my actual residence differs from my registration?

Just provide your current living address on the application form.
