✊ SEC Proposes New Crypto Framework

The SEC unveiled "Regulation Crypto Assets"—its first major step toward a dedicated crypto regulatory framework.

Smaller projects could raise up to $5M over 4 years without full registration. A second exemption allows up to $75M annually with disclosures and reporting.

Key feature: a safe harbor may end a token’s status as an investment contract once the team completes or permanently halts significant managerial duties. This highlights a key distinction: the token may not be a security, but the investment contract might be.

This is a proposal. After publication, there’s a 60-day comment period, then possible revisions and a final vote.

Binance has launched Agent OS—a powerful toolkit designed to connect AI agents directly to the exchange. It integrates the Binance MCP server, exchange APIs, and pre-built agent capabilities into a unified platform.

With this system, AI agents can monitor crypto and traditional financial markets in real time, track account balances and positions, execute trades, send and receive payments, and perform on-chain actions.

Each agent can be assigned specific access rights, accounts, and operational limits. Getting started requires adding the MCP server, completing authentication, and activating the agent. The platform supports Claude Desktop, Codex, CLI scripts, agent frameworks, as well as REST and WebSocket integrations.
