Consent for Vaccinations of Minors Emergency Amendment Act of 2022
This Act would allow on an emergency basis, emancipated minors, minors who are or previously have been married, unaccompanied homeless minors, minors who are or have been pregnant, or minors who are separated from their parents or legal guardian without the support by their parents or guardian to consent to receive a vaccine recommended by the United States Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, to allow vaccine providers to accept consent of any other minor when the provider has made reasonable attempts to obtain consent from the minor’s parent or legal guardian, and to make other conforming changes.

Americas Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) is looking for people willing to help with an upcoming project by sharing their first-hand experiences of obtaining IVM OTC in Tennessee since SB2188 went into effect on 4/26/2022 which authorized pharmacists to dispense IVM without fear of disciplinary or adverse action.

👎AB 1797 Immunization registry would add race/ethnicity to the information recorded in the CA Immunization Registry, would require all vaccines to be entered into the CA Immunization Registry (CAIR).
Schools and other entities would have access to all vaccine records, rather than just those of their students/patients or the particular vaccines required for school, during a public health emergency.
