COVID-19 testing in schools: MORE COVID-19 testing plans! π€―
This bill would require CDPH to coordinate specified school COVID-19 testing programs. The bill would also require the department to expand its public health mitigation efforts to include prekindergarten, onsite after school programs, and childcare centers. This bill would require each school district, county office of education, and charter school to create a COVID-19 testing plan consistent with guidance from CDPH.
CURRENT STATUS: Passed in the Senate. Currently in the Assembly. First read through.

Our deer friend and past Iowa Citizen Corps Leader, Lisa Bertch, had to step away from her post as the Iowa state leader to take care of her daughter, when Cancer reared it's ugly head.
Nikki Coons has been agressively fighting her cancer battle with her loving husband Jeff by her side.
Who would have thought that he too would come down with what the physicians believe might be MS.
Their story is gutwrenching, as most cancer related stories are.
If you find it in your heart to help, it would go such a long way and be most appreciated. If you could keep the Koons family in your prayers, they would greatly appreciate it. Please share their story if you feel inclinded. God Bless you all.
