What to include:

1. Who are you (i.e. occupation/school, age, marital/family status, city, etc)
2. What happened? How did Covid protocols or mandates affect your life in a negative way?
3. Who are you now and how has your life changed? What challenges are you dealing with currently as a result of this incident?
Sample story (fictional):
"I am a 35 year old mother of three and a former school teacher, who began experiencing severe spasms following my 2nd Covid shot. I've since been diagnosed with MS, cannot walk without a cane, and am unable to work or take care of my family."
