🤯AB 2098 would designate the dissemination or promotion of misinformation or disinformation related to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or “COVID-19,” by a physician or surgeon as unprofessional conduct, allowing the Medical Board to take action against such physician or surgeon.

I firmly appose AB2098. Who exactly determines what "misinformation" or "disinformation" is? Science is NOT either one of these, yet currently quoting directly from the CDC and FDA website has been labelled as such on different platforms. What this bill says to me is that physicians would no longer be able to have a mutual exchange of idea's and thoughts or pose any questions or concerns for fear of this "label" and/or retaliation. Silencing our physicians helps no one, and is a dangerous move in the wrong direction!

The Arizona senate just PASSED my bill (HB2498) banning Arizona governments from mandating a vaccine for COVID-19 or any subsequent variant OF COVID.
“Today is a great day for medical freedom in the state of Arizona. No government should have the right to force any individual to take a medical procedure that they don’t want. There is still more work to be done to protect Arizonans medical freedom, but today the Arizona legislature made great gains in the defense of individual liberty."
