Senate Liaison Ken Bennett Gives Update on AZ Audit

Last week, Senate President Karen Fann stated that the preliminary report will be due to the Senate sometime this week. Ken Bennett is revising the due date of the preliminary report to Monday August 23.

Ken Bennett explains the process once the report is received.

Initial report will be delivered to the Senate Audit Leadership team late Monday, August 23rd for the Senate Audit leadership team to review. Among the leadership team are Senate President Fann, Senate Judiciary Chairman Warren Petersen, Liaison Ken Bennett, and Deputy Liaison Randy Pullen.

Review and revision process is expected to last approximately two weeks. At the end of the process, a final report will be submitted and approved by the Senate for public dissemination.
