▶️ 🇮🇳India has just had its new year celebration called “Diwali”. The timing for this holiday is perfect, the rainy season is over and it’s pleasantly warm and dry. Unfortunately not so in the small town of Cherrapunji, located in India’s hilly Northeast. It’s in fact one of the rainiest places on Earth. Watch how the locals struggle to celebrate this ‘festival of lights’ despite the heavy rainfall.
