💡 It was North Korea’s 🇰🇵Kim Jong-un who is famous for his fierce temperament. The nuclear bomb is celebrated in North Korea as a guarantee for the country’s continued existence. Putin’s style of talking is more diplomatic (=saying sth in a way that it doesn’t upset people) and Russia also hasn’t been particularly threatened by nuclear bombs as they’ve always had their own.
