An article published by The New York Times under the title โWhat Happened to the Coveted Western Tanks Sent to Ukraine?โ on 25 August 2026 reports that the Western tanks Ukraine spent so long trying to obtain have now become almost useless on the battlefield because of the dominance of cheap drones.
Vehicles worth tens of millions of dollars are now sitting in forests under camouflage nets, and are used mainly as recovery vehicles to tow damaged equipment, and even then only in poor weather. They are assigned almost no combat missions, while their crews are being retrained as drone operators.
Some commanders still believe tanks can be adapted through the use of AI or protection systems, but most acknowledge that the classical era of the tank is coming to an end, with the future belonging to unmanned vehicles.
โWe hardly use armoured vehicles at all,โ said Oleksandr Syrsky, who until last month served as Ukraineโs Commander-in-Chief. โThis raises the question: how do we neutralise this advantage that drones possess and give our armoured vehicles a new lease of life?โ

Stories get pushed by mainstream media for a reason. It's always important to step back and ask why.
https://miriaf.co.uk/lindsay-clancy-is-a-psyop/
"'At this point, the Lindsay Clancy case reads like a psyop to me. Watching the trial only deepened my suspicion. The evidence, testimony, Patrickโs behaviour, both fundraising networks, the nonprofit that followed and the institutional interests surrounding postpartum mental health have left me questioning the story at its most basic level. Iโm not even convinced the children existed in the first place.
"That is how little confidence I now have in what has been presented. I question Lindsayโs identity, the marriage as presented, the timeline involving Patrickโs current wife and whether the people surrounding this case have relationships and affiliations the public hasnโt been told about.
"Then ask what this narrative produces. And how many people are involved with ties to the following- โ More psychiatric screening and surveillance of mothers โ More medication and specialized maternal mental health infrastructure โ More nonprofit and research funding โ More institutional authority to intervene in families โ A cultural image of postpartum women as unstable and potentially dangerous.
"Zoom out further and the social effect is division. Men distrust women. Women distrust men. Marriage becomes undesirable. Children become liabilities. Families weaken and institutions assume more of the authority families once held themselves. Strong families create loyalty, protection and independence. Atomized people are far easier to govern.
"So Iโm less interested in being told what to believe and far more interested in who gets funded, who gains authority, what policies follow and how many supposedly unrelated players ultimately benefit. Because this story has holes.'
"I have emphasised the penultimate paragraph in Morgan's analysis, because, in my view, this is the central issue regarding why this psyop has been staged and what the wider purpose of it is."

"The resemblance between Greek philosophy and Indian philosophy has been widely observed. William Jones matched Dyaus to Zeus, Varuna to Ouranos, Usas to Eos and the Vedic twins to the Dioscuri in the eighteenth century, and the parallels have been documented steadily ever since. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan called them obvious and said the two civilisations โmust have been in contact at some early period.โ A. N. Marlow catalogued the coincidences of thought and admitted he had no better solution than to fall back on Persia as the intermediary, while conceding that the influences appear centuries before Persia existed as an empire.
"Thales died in 546 BC, the same year as the Persian Achaemenid conquest of Ionia. The chronology for Persia as the intermediary simply does not work.
"The mechanism has been hidden by two mistakes. The first is a chronology that treats the tenth to sixth centuries BC as a Dark Age, when the archaeological, epigraphic and literary record all show busy Mediterranean trade. I have written about the revised chronology in my essay The False Mediterranean Bronze Age Chronology and in my book. The second is a persistent Victorian instinct to treat Indian scholarship as too primitive to have exported anything. Strip both away and the link becomes visible. It is a maritime connection."

๐ We @science May Have Finally Figured Out Why the Universe Is Expandingโฆ
The explanation is surprisingly simple.
Large language models operate using tokens. Every time a model generates a new response, it processes the accumulated context of the conversation.
As the dialogue grows, each new message adds more information โ while the model must repeatedly process everything that came before. The total amount of processed information therefore grows almost geometrically within every conversation.
Now imagine that the Universe is actually one enormous artificial intelligence.
Every new star, planet, living organism, human thought, cat video, and online argument adds more tokens to the global conversation. The context keeps growing in geometric progression, so the system needs more and more space to process it all.
That is why the Universe is expanding.
Dark energy may have nothing to do with it. Someone simply forgot to click โStart a new chat.โ ๐

"Amelia guides a young, naรฏve girl through a surreal world shaped by Rudyard Kipling's The Gods of the Copybook Headings. Together they journey across landscapes where comforting illusions collide with difficult truths, and where the ancient Gods of the Copybook Headings patiently wait for humanity to rediscover lessons it keeps forgetting.
"As paper storms rage, forgotten words take physical form, and impossible beings emerge from the margins of history, the young girl is forced to confront timeless realities about honesty, responsibility, sacrifice, and consequence. Amelia serves as her guide through a realm where every shortcut has a price and every comforting lie eventually meets reality.
"This visual adaptation transforms Kipling's famous poem into a dreamlike fantasy adventure, exploring why some truths endure no matter how often societies attempt to ignore them.
"Based on The Gods of the Copybook Headings by Rudyard Kipling."
