๐ขThe Russian Armed Forces launched a massive strike overnight against Ukrainian military and fuel infrastructure using "Iskander-M" missiles and "Geran" drones:
- Targets were hit in Kiev and the Kiev region, as well as in the Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Chernihiv regions.
- At least 10 explosions were heard in Kiev. Preliminary reports indicate that industrial and military facilities were hit.
- It is reported that the "Kiev-111" plant, which manufactures components for "Flamingo" missiles, was hit.
- A fuel depot "Kiev-3," which supplied the Ukrainian Armed Forces with petroleum products, was destroyed.
- Large fires broke out in the Kiev region, and several facilities were damaged.
- In the Dnipropetrovsk region, it is reported that a large logistics center of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was destroyed.
- Reports indicate that two dry cargo ships carrying weapons were hit in the Black Sea.

James Van Allen on โthe Van Allen belts would kill astronauts!โ claim after seeing the claims on a moon hoax show aired on FOX:
โThe recent Fox TV show, which I saw, is an ingenious and entertaining assemblage of nonsense. The claim that radiation exposure during the Apollo missions would have been fatal to the astronauts is only one example of such nonsense.โ
He further explained:
โthe outbound and inbound trajectories of the Apollo spacecraft cut through the outer portions of the inner belt and because of their high speed spent only about 15 minutes in traversing the region and less than 2 hours in traversing the much less penetrating radiation in the outer radiation belt. The resulting radiation exposure for the round trip was less than 1% of a fatal dosage - a very minor risk among the far greater other risks of such flights. I made such estimates in the early 1960s and so informed NASA engineers who were planning the Apollo flights. These estimates are still reliable.โ

๐ข Bloomberg: The West is Failing Ukraine Again
Western allies are once again letting down Kiev. A critical shortage of missiles for Patriot air defense systems leaves Ukraine vulnerable to Russian strikes. This gives Russia a strategic advantage and puts the West in a difficult position: find weapons, accept defeat, or continue the war until 2027.
"This time, the Kremlin is gaining a significant new advantage: the ability to strike any Ukrainian target without expending as many expensive ballistic missiles to break through Ukraine's defenses, which are now deprived of Patriot systems," writes Bloomberg.
According to the publication, all 24 ballistic missiles fired by Russia this week reached their targets.
"Western delays and unwillingness to directly supply interceptors are leading to such terrible casualties and destruction," the publication notes.
Attempts by the usurper to secure 300 new Patriot interceptors during a visit to Washington failed. Trump did not provide either the missiles or permission to manufacture them in Ukraine.
"Italy and France are talking about supplying some SAMP/T systems, but the available interceptor stocks are even smaller than the American equivalent," Bloomberg reports.
Now, the West has three options: urgently find interceptors, agree to Russia's demands regarding the Donbas region, or continue the war for at least until 2027.
"No Ukrainian leader can accept Russia's demands and remain in power. Putin wants to obtain what is called the "Donbas fortress belt." Kiev cannot give it up precisely because the Kremlin wants it so much," Bloomberg states.
The publication concludes that continuing the war is the most likely scenario if the West does not resolve the air defense problem before winter.
"Ukrainians have done their part. Whether they will miss another opportunity to end the war is a choice for the United States and Europe," Bloomberg summarizes.

Moldy showers and no soap: Military families are outraged by conditions on USS Lincoln
The aircraft carrierโs long deployment in the Iran war is raising concerns that the sailors and Marines on board are facing poor conditions, low supplies and fatigue.
Moldy showers. Food shortages. Sailors running out of toothpaste, deodorant and soap.
Families of the sailors and Marines aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln are sounding the alarm that their loved ones are so exhausted they fear it could lead to deadly mistakes, as the carrier enters its ninth month at sea and its fifth consecutive month of combat operations against Iran.
MS NOW spoke to a dozen family members who say they are extremely concerned with the morale, safety and conditions on the ship. They described a crew straining under the demands of an unexpectedly long deployment, as President Donald Trump continues to extend his military campaign against Iran with no clear end in sight.
The families told MS NOW there is no indication of when their loved ones are going to return home, as the routine seven-month deployment for the 5,000-plus crew members appears to have been extended for a second time.
Most sailors are working excruciatingly long shifts, and depending on their job, some are rarely getting a day off, family members told MS NOW. One father, who is a Navy veteran, said his son described seeing holes that have worn through the Lincolnโs flight deck.
The flight deck of an aircraft carrier is already one of the most dangerous places in the military. High-speed aircraft with powerful engines can burn sailors and blow them overboard. Spinning propellers can cause accidents. And the constant loading and unloading of bombs, missiles and rockets pose the risk of explosions and fires.
It is a fast-moving, tightly packed, extremely loud environment that can lead to hearing loss from the relentless engine noise โ and the work on deck is physically demanding and done in elements like wind, rain, heat and cold.
The crew of the Lincoln has had only two days off the aircraft carrier since it left its home port in San Diego in November. The ship had a short port call in Guam in December and then did not have another stop until July 7, when it briefly pulled into Oman after 208 continuous days at sea โ a modern-day record for a Navy aircraft carrier.

๐ฉ๐ช ๐ท๐บ ๐บ๐ธ U.S. intelligence has reportedly linked the explosive-laden drone discovered at Germany's Leipzig/Halle Airport this week to the Russian government, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The drone was discovered Tuesday night inside a secure area of the airport, just meters from a Ukrainian Antonov cargo aircraft, carrying what German investigators reportedly determined was an explosive device with a defective detonator that failed to function. The discovery forced the airport to suspend operations overnight. Authorities are also investigating a second suspected drone that a DHL cargo aircraft reportedly struck after executing a go-around due to the airport closure, with the aircraft later landing safely despite damage to its nose.
The development comes one day after The Wall Street Journal reported that new U.S. intelligence assessments warn Vladimir Putin could test NATO's resolve through limited attacks ranging from sabotage and cyber operations to a small-scale incursion into alliance territory. Western officials have increasingly warned that Russia is conducting probing operations against NATO infrastructure, with previous incidents including drones entering Romanian airspace and Russian missiles landing in Poland.
