Gabriel Perez has been working with Trump since 2016, and as part of his duties, he has access to the president's speeches, which he allegedly used to place bets on whether certain words would be used in the speeches, according to media reports.

Perez confirmed to investigators that he made some bets, but he has not yet been fired.
