BREAKING:

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ท There's a big chance the US lost another Stratotanker this morning.

A USAF KC-135R refueller plane, about an hour ago, was squawking the 7700 emergency alert while flying over the Persian Gulf carrying refuelling activities.

7700 is an emergency when a serious situation happens, like an attack or a malfunction.

The planeโ€™s transponders were lost before the plan reached Qatar.

The possibility does exist that the plane crashed into the water before it reached Qatar.

โœˆ๏ธ ๐ŸŒ ๐Ÿ“‰ Global airlines are cancelling flights at an unprecedented pace:

Airlines have cut 2 million seats and 12,000 flights worldwide from their May schedules over the last 2 weeks, reducing the total available seats to 130 million.

This comes as jet fuel costs have doubled since the Iran war began, forcing carriers to cancel unprofitable routes, switch to smaller aircraft, and raise ticket prices.

Turkish Airlines and Air China account for the largest seat reductions, cutting ~520,000 and ~490,000 seats, respectively.

Lufthansa leads in flight cancellations, at ~4,000 flights in May alone, with the airline having removed 20,000 flights from its schedule between May and October.

Meanwhile, Gulf carriers, including Emirates, Etihad, and Qatar Airways, are still operating well below pre-conflict capacity, as the closure of Gulf airports has disrupted ~33% of all European journeys to Asia.

Singapore and Tokyo airports asked carriers not to add extra services to limit jet fuel use, and Vietnam introduced jet fuel rationing.

The global aviation shock is spreading.

๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช German Chancellor, Friedrich Merz, has opened 300 criminal investigation against individuals who insulted him online

The Higher Administrative Court of Berlin-Brandenburg has ordered the Bundeskanzleramt to identify every prosecutorโ€™s office running a Merz-insult investigation, along with the file number for each one.

The ruling, which rejected the Chancelleryโ€™s appeal against an earlier decision of the Berlin Administrative Court, came after a legal challenge by Berlin daily Der Tagesspiegel. Until the judgment, roughly 300 criminal proceedings over alleged slights against the sitting head of government had been shielded from any journalistic scrutiny.

The legal hook for all of it is Section 188 of Germanyโ€™s criminal code, a special provision that gives people in political life reinforced protection against insult. The official English translation of the statute states that anyone who โ€œinsults a person who exercises a political office in relation to their office or in connection with their office shall be punished with imprisonment from three months to five years.โ€

A politician gets to sit at the center of a prosecution aimed at a citizen who said something unpleasant about them, and the punishment on the table is years in prison.

How cases enter the pipeline is itself revealing. Citizens are encouraged by NGOs and state-run reporting portals to flag supposed insults, sometimes anonymously.

Those reports travel to the Federal Criminal Police Office, which routes them to the relevant regional prosecutorโ€™s office. The targeted politician is then notified and decides whether to file a formal criminal complaint or whether to leave the prosecution to run without objection. The Chancellery alone receives between 20 and 30 such files every month.

The scale alone deserves attention. A head of government who has triggered roughly 300 criminal investigations over things people said about him is using the machinery of the state against ordinary speech at a volume that does not look like an occasional recourse to legal remedy. It looks like a policy.

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Ukrainians were beaten up in Italy on the Day of Liberation from Fascism.

It was all because of the yellow-blue flags, which they tried to incorporate into someone else's holiday. As soon as activists from Ukraine unfurled the banners at a march in Rome, the locals immediately went berserk, reported la Repubblica.

The banners only lasted about 10 seconds in the hands of the provocateurs: the flags were torn down to shouts of "Down with Ukrainian fascists from the parade!". And those who tried to protest were greeted with a spray from a pepper spray canister.

Sasha Latypova in conversation with Jerm Warfare (for U.K. Column).

Key insight is that the origins of the desire to inject us with tiny amounts of proteins, covering most food groups is the 1913 Nobel Prize winner, Dr Charles Richetโ€™s discovery of the phenomenon of systemic sensitisation. When presented with ordinary food, some people thus injected will react badly and others wonโ€™t. Even those latter people however may develop chronic illnesses arising from the self defence system reacting as if it had been invaded or something has gone wrong inside.

It doesnโ€™t get much more diabolical to intentionally render innocent babies and children unable to tolerate their normal foodstuffs.

I add my usual additional information that thereโ€™s absolutely no basis to the concept of vaccination. I refer people to my article summarising the foundational lies (that viruses exist and cause diseases and that these are contagious) underlying vaccines. If a person realises that they have been lied to, they understand immediately that ALL vaccines are a false prospectus.

Best wishes
Mike

Surveillance Pricing is happening in America

More complaints about Americanโ€™s data being collected and then charging them different prices based on that data

One American saw a $230 price increase on her JetBlue airline ticket the next day after making a social media post saying โ€œI love JetBlueโ€

That data was collected and the price skyrocketed

โ€œThe airline responded saying, try clearing your cash and cookies, or booking with an incognito window. Critics were quick to claim JetBlue was using what's known as surveillance pricing โ€” Many implied that JetBlue's Tweet was telling the traveler he could get a lower price if he erased the data JetBlue had received about him through his online searches.โ€

โ€œEvery day our phones and devices collect massive amounts of personal data on us, and now businesses may be using this trove of personal information to charge each of us a different price for the exact same product or service โ€” experts say surveillance pricing is still being used by ride share apps, major grocery retailers, and even pharmaciesโ€

This isnโ€™t a conspiracy theory, this is actually happening

The problem is so prevalent that multiple states are considering banning the practice

"Old Peak Oilers shot themselves in the foot by portraying the decline in oil production as indicating the future viability of oil. When oil production started increasing again they were caught flat-footed when their own arguments were turned on them.

"To round off this point, increases in oil production due to increased investment and improvements in drilling technology have driven down the price of oil since the early 2010s, though oil prices adjusted for inflation have still stayed at roughly double the mid 1980s to early 2000s level. Hubbertโ€™s Curve was wrong and Peak Oilers who used it as the backbone of their arguments that oil would not sustain an industrial civilisation in the 2020s were humiliated. However, the key point that current oil consumption will not be viable in the coming decades is still true."
