OpenAI CEO Altman says it's "totally possible" that there will be "a world shaking cyber attack this year that would get people's attention."

In this nod to Klaus Schwab's "cyberpandemic," we know that this planned attack will be used to justify restricted access to AI systems because they are "simply too powerful to entrust to the public."
