Why do they need this? That's why they called. I didn't call, they called. They want to make a deal. And we are very willing to make a deal. It should be a good deal, and it should mean: no more wars, no more nuclear weapons.
They will no longer have nuclear weapons - they agree to that. If any of this remains, there will be no deal.

BREAKING: The historic Floyd County Courthouse is currently on fire in downtown Rome, Georgia.
The Floyd County Historic Courthouse was evacuated after a fire was discovered in the building around 2:20 p.m. on Monday.
All employees inside were safely evacuated, according to Floyd County Manager Jamie McCord. Crews with the Rome-Floyd County Fire Department are currently on scene working to contain the blaze. Roads in the downtown area are blocked and police are evacuating portions of Broad Street.
The courthouse was undergoing renovations at the time of the fire. At this time, the cause remains unknown and is under investigation.
Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
