🇨🇳The first render-infographics of China’s future YJ-15, YJ-17, YJ-19 and YJ-20 missiles have been published

YJ-15 — An anti-ship missile equipped with a classic combined rocket–ramjet propulsion system, featuring a solid-fuel booster located inside the ramjet combustion chamber (accelerating it to Mach 1.75–1.9) and a sustained-burn stage, likely with a valve system regulating fuel flow into the combustor. The missile can reach Mach 2.3–2.7 at altitudes of 20–5 meters. It can perform anti-air-defense maneuvers with 15–20 g load. Its range is estimated at 170 km on a sea-skimming trajectory and 250–300 km on a combined profile. It is adapted for carriage on the H-6K bomber.

YJ-17 — A hypersonic anti-ship gliding vehicle, accelerated by a single- or dual-impulse solid-fuel booster to Mach 7.5–9, with a trajectory apogee of 35–45 km and a terminal-phase speed of Mach 4–3.3. The radar cross-section of the glider may be 0.01–0.05 m². It is designed for launch from 533-mm torpedo tubes of air-independent-propulsion and nuclear submarines.

YJ-19 — A hypersonic anti-ship cruise missile with a ramjet engine, able to maintain Mach 3.7–4.5 up to the terminal phase. Its estimated range is 350–500 km.

YJ-20 — A two-stage hypersonic anti-ship ballistic missile with a range of 1,500–2,000 km and a maximum speed of Mach 8–10. It is adapted for launch from the universal vertical launchers of Type 055 destroyers.
