π§ Free Will vs Determinism
Free Will vs Determinism has always been one of the great Philosophical debates. There are strong arguments for and against each one, and also paradoxes.
As an example of paradoxes that debases 'Determinsm' is the existence of laws and Institutions that hold people accountable.
If any happening has been inevitable from the beginning of the universe, it has set a person to be judged and trialed by a mechanism that holds one accoutable based on his (Free) Will. It's like Determinism's shooting itself in the foot.
We also can be called the products, or puppets (as Jordan Peterson puts it) of nature (ancestral genes) and our culture which are completely out of our decision to choose.
So if Free Will exists, how much of our decisions' been made by it?

π Autumn's Coming
I've never used the word 'Fall'.
It has always been Autumn to me,
And I am an Autumn person.
However I have thought more about that one word... 'Fall'...
And in a way it makes perfect sense, even if it's not the way it was intended...
...For every year I Fall in love with the season all over again.

Ghosts On A Tree (1933)
π¨ Franz Sedlacek (π¦πΉ/π΅π±, 1891-1972)
At a quick glance they look like vultures in a tree, but closer investigation reveals them to be hunched skeletal figures. Have they stopped in this pastoral landscape en route to another land? Or are they just outside your window, staring menacingly at you?

Franz Sedlacek was an Austrian painter who belonged to the tradition known as "New Objectivity" ("neue Sachlichkeit"), an artistic movement similar to Magical Realism. At the end of the Second World War he "disappeared" as a soldier of the Wehrmacht near ToruΕ, Poland. He was declared missing on February 1, 1945 and pronounced dead in 1972.
