Just a small act - Big impact!
When you help somebody it's actually you are helping yourselves because everything is you and it goes vice versa also when you hurt somebody you hurt yourself.

Mahadeva (who goes by the name Rudra), who is the greatest controller and even the Lord of the Devatas will incarnate in Kalyuga for the benefit of humanity. He will spread the philosophy of the Shrutis and Smritis. He will preach about the Ultimate Brahman along with his disciples. The philosophy spread by him would be flawless and the crux of the Vedanta.

To the people comparing Indira gandhi with prime minister modi calling him all sorts of things making those cool edits and memes on our government, Times have changed and they are much different, taking actions from the same psyche as it was there in 1971 is not a sign of courage and intelligence but its simply a foolish and an impulsive decision that will stake the life of many in our country, we have evolved and so has the enemy and the world geopolitical doctrine of a war. Some few summarised differences would be :-
• Pakistan was not a nuclear power back in 1971.
• India had really bad relations with America and obviously even worse trade relations.
(I added the video simply for a reference),
Don’t hate your enemy to the extent that it clouds your judgement and makes you feeble.
क्रोधो हि शत्रुः प्रथमं नाशति स्वयं ततः परं।
("The fire of an enemy’s anger burns him first before it reaches you.")

Our Doctrine on Terrorism Has Evolved
Earlier, if there was a terrorist attack by Pakistan on India, our approach was largely defensive. We focused on sealing the borders, identifying the terrorists, preventing their escape, bringing them to justice, and seeking international support to condemn the act.
Now, the doctrine has fundamentally changed. Any act of terrorism against India will be considered an act of war.

Sadhna Series
Satvik, Rajasik and Tamsik states
There are three types of mental modifications: Sattvik, Rajasik and Tamasik.
To decrease Rajasik nature (desire, passion, greed)
To increase Sattvic nature (self-control, purity)
→ When you do what you want to hide from others (you are afraid about others knowing about it), it increases Tamo Guna. For example, when you have an exam coming and you know you should be studying but you're using social media on your computer, you know you're doing wrong and want to hide this from your parents and family members. Such activities increase Tamo Guna.
→ Doing what you want everyone to know increases Sattva Guna. In the above example, if you're studying a lot, you're proud of it and it's not something you want to hide. Such activities increase Sattva Guna.
The ideal balance of sattva, rajas, and tamas depends on your goals—whether spiritual, mental, or material.
For Spiritual Growth:
Active professionals may require more rajas, but should still keep sattva as the foundation.
Unhealthy lifestyles tend to increase tamas and rajas while reducing sattva.

There are three types of mental modifications: Sattvik, Rajasik and Tamasik.
Tamas → increases ignorance, laziness, confusion. To decrease Tamasik nature (ignorance, laziness)
Rajas → increases desire, passion, energy, greed.
Sattva → increases happiness, clarity, health, and supports spiritual growth
i. Exercise or any physical activity (like sports, walking with friends, etc.)
ii. Eat no stale food. Eat within 5 hours of cooking.
iii. Reduce onion and garlic.
iv. Avoid non-vegetarian food.
v. Avoid processed food (packaged foods like Kurkure, Maggi, etc.)
To decrease Rajasik nature (desire, passion, greed)
Excess salty, spicy or oily food shouldn't be taken much. Take only occasionally. Don't avoid salt, spice and oil completely as it can have negative effects (increases Vata Dosha and scarcity of essential vitamins and minerals). Apply moderation in everything.
To increase Sattvic nature (self-control, purity)
i. Eat simple food made at home: fruits, vegetables, rice, roti, etc.
ii. Have Sattvik company and consume Sattvik content.
iii. Exercise in moderation increases Sattva Guna while exercise in excess increases Rajo Guna.

For Spiritual Growth:
Sattva: High (70–80% or more)Spiritual seekers aim for high sattva, reduce rajas and tamas.
Clarity, peace, purity, truth, compassion
Rajas: Moderate (15–25%)
Needed to maintain energy and motivation
Tamas: Low (5–10%)
Only enough for sleep and rest
Active professionals may require more rajas, but should still keep sattva as the foundation.
Unhealthy lifestyles tend to increase tamas and rajas while reducing sattva.
