देखिए गीता के 2 श्लोकों में धाम शब्द लिखा हुआ है जिसे देख कर कई लोगो को ये confusion होता है की ये तो अद्वैत का खंडन है। आज इसी confusion को दूर करते हैं।

2 प्रकार के धाम होते हैं।

1. साकार धाम - जैसे गोलोक, शिव लोक, वैकुंठ लोक आदि।
2. निराकार/अव्यक्त धाम - ब्रह्म/आत्मा को ही निराकार धाम कहते हैं। क्योंकि आत्मा/ब्रह्म में ही सभी संसार स्थित है।

गीता में जिस धाम के बारे में लिखा हुआ है वो अव्यक्त धाम के बारे में है। इसे हम प्रमाणों से आपको दिखाते हैं।

गीता के जिस श्लोक में धाम शब्द हैं उसी श्लोक में बता रखा हैं की धाम अवक्त है। इससे स्पष्ट होता है कि गीता में जिस धाम के बारे में लिखा हुआ है वो अव्यक्त धाम के बारे में है।

Gita 8.21 अव्यक्त(non manifested) अक्षर इस नामसे से कहा गया है उसी अक्षर नामक अवयक्तभाव को परमगति कहते हैं तथा जिस सनातन अवयक्तभावको प्राप्त होकर मनुष्य वापस नहीं आते वह मेरा परम धाम है।.

देखिए ब्रह्म को भी धाम कहते हैं ऐसा विष्णु पुराण में भी है। धाम का अर्थ केवल साकार धाम नही होता निराकार धाम भी होता है।

सनातन धर्म में पंच देव उपासना की पद्धति है. पंचदेव यानि कि शिव, विष्णु, आदि शक्ति, गणेश और सूर्य. इन सभी देवी देवता और इनके अवतार मे कोई भेद नहीं है।

एक ही भगवान है उसी ने कई forms लिए हुए हैं।

शैवः सूर्याश्च गणेशा वैष्णवः शक्तिपूजकः।
मामेव प्राप्नुवन्तिह वर्षांभः सागरं यथा ॥४३॥
एकोऽहं पञ्चधा जातः क्रिदयन्नमभिः किल।
देवदत्तो यथा कश्चित्पुत्राद्याह्वान्नामभिः॥४४॥

श्रीकृष्ण ने कहा- जैसे वर्षा का जल समुद्र में जाता है, शिव, सूर्य, गणेश, विष्णु के अनुयायी, वैसे ही शक्ति के उपासक मेरे पास ही आते हैं। जिस प्रकार एक ही देवदत्त को पुत्र आदि अनेक नामों से पुकारा जाता है, उसी प्रकार मेरी दिव्य लीला के कारण मुझे भी भिन्न-भिन्न नामों से पुकारा जाता है।
