The 2‑Minute Rule “Clear Micro‑Tasks Fast” ⏱️ ⚡️
If a task takes less than 2 minutes, do it immediately.
This prevents micro‑tasks from stacking into overwhelming chaos.
Examples:
• Throw away packaging right after opening something
• Reply “OK” or “Received” to a message
• Put your keys back in the same spot
Why it works: ADHD brains struggle with task initiation, not task execution. Tiny wins build momentum.
