Here’s my take on how to best maximize/manage to do lists & overall task management as someone with ADHD 🌼 I really like looking at to do lists as a memory support device instead of a list of everything I couldn’t get to. Managing our own expectations is crucial. I strongly believe having a thorough list (or map) that spells out each step/task promotes productivity and almost makes it feel like a game. Maybe I can share my task mapping process in another video? Hopefully this is helpful in any way! This is what works best for me and my ADHD management.
