The steps goes as follow:
1. Let y or f(x) = that function.
2. Find y+δy or f(x+δx).
3. Find δy or f(x+δx) - f(x).
4. Divide everything by δx to get δy/δx or [f(x+δx) - f(x)]/δx.
5. Perform limit as δx approaches 0 to obtain dy/dx or f'(x).
At the limit part, you need to show the substitution of δx = 0.
Do not jump step. Otherwise, marks will be deducted.
