Since it's a right angle triangle, we can draw a circle circumscribing the triangle.
This circle will have a radius of 5.
But as you can see, the altitude ( or height in simple terms ) is 6, which is larger than the radius.
Hence, the triangle is impossible to be constructed.

my approach was a bit different , I use Pythagoras to make quadratic which returned imaginary roots so triangle cannot exist
