“Life changing experience!
It is difficult to put into words how incredible, loving, inspiring, mind blowing this retreat was!!!
We started the day with the most beautiful yoga practice looking over the rice paddies. Kate is a very experienced yogi taking inspiration from many different styles she has trained in over many decades. She really paid attention to our alignment so we could get the most out of each posture.
It’s the first yoga class I’ve ever been where the resting pose Shavasana was given the most importance! As it should be! This practice left us all energised with perfect union of mind body spirit ready to start our day of retreat activities.
Everyday of the retreat was different. I loved the variety and creativity of the different workshops.
We were taken to many beautiful sacred sites around Bali which was truly magical.
Kate is such an incredible facilitator.
It was beautiful to see all the participants becoming connected to their deeper selves and blooming more and more each day with the graceful and encouraging assistance of Kate.
We all left the retreat feeling so much more connected to ourselves, full of gratitude and love for life! An incredibly healing experience that will stay with me forever.
